2011 年 1 月 13 日

Flight schedules of all member airlines of oneworld®, the leading quality global airline alliance, can now be viewed via iPads, thanks to a newly launched app.

The app is free to download and available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish with Portuguese to follow soon.

It enables anyone with one of the iconic Apple tablet computers to use the device to search for the near 10,000 flights a day operated by any of the alliance's 12 best-in-class airlines and their various code-share partners between any of the almost thousand cities they connect worldwide.

It displays non-stop flights and best connections and shows departure and arrival points, any connection points, flight numbers and length for each sector, total journey time and lots of other useful information for journey planning.

The app regularly checks with the oneworld timetable to ensure that it displays latest information on all flights.

Similar versions were already available for desktop or laptop computers, Blackberrys and many other mobile devices.

The iPad app can be downloaded from oneworld.com or oneworld flight search HD
